LiquiTrak Nonvolatile Residue Monitor
The LiquiTrak Nonvolatile Residue Monitor (NRM) uses the Quant Technologies core technology to measure residue after evaporation in ultrapure water systems. Ultrapure water is sprayed into a fine mist of droplets that are heated and dried leaving behind an ultrafine aerosol of the nonvolatile residue impurities. The ultrafine residue aerosol is then detected optically using a WCPC.
